Clinical care of patients with inherited retinal disorders has become increasingly sophisticated with improved clinical and molecular diagnostic tools. What are the consequences and challenges? Do emerging therapeutic strategies offer optimism for interventional management? What can we offer to patients today if we don't have a cure yet? What about patient expectations and requirements?
