ICC-3: Starting with presbyopia correcting intra-ocular lenses

This course will cover selection of candidates, patient education and informed consent for patients demanding post-operative uncorrected distance and near vision . An overview will be given of different types of intra-ocular lenses on the market to correct presbyopia. The aim of the course is to  help the beginning cataract refractive surgeon to learn the pros and cons and how to choose the right type of IOL for the right patient.
