ICC-14: How do I start with multifocal implant lenses ?

This ICC will try to give attendees an idea on how to start with multifocal lenses for cataract surgery or for refractive clear lens extractions. Basic optical principles, patient selection, dealing with the unsatisfied patient, differences between different multifocal lenses : all these topics will be covered in a very didactic way. Practival examples of happy and unhappy patients will be given, as well as examples of good and bad candidates.
