Fellowship in anterior segment and refractive surgery 2024-2025
| Dear fellow or resident in Ophthalmology, We are reopening a vacancy for the fellowship in anterior segment and refractive surgery 2024-2025. This is a full-time fellowship of 12 months, both hospital-based and extramural. Candidates will have the opportunity to actively participate in consultations refractive and general ophthalmology, and perform surgery independently under supervision. Cataract surgery with Catalys laser, with unifocal, multifocal and EDOF lenses, ICL, femtolasik, Smile, and Presbyond are part of the weekly routine. You may also be taught a basics in eyelid surgery. The aim of the fellowship should be to achieve a high degree of autonomy in this subspecialty at the end. In addition to clinical work, you are also asked to carry out at least 1 scientific publication with presentation at an ophthalmological congress. A pleasant disposition and a professional attitude towards colleagues and collaborators is considered evident. Please submit application via email and before 30/11/2023. |
