TitelVaccination for prevention of metastases of uveal melanoma
DoelTo introduce a study for the prevention of uveal melanoma metastases by vaccination.

MethodesPatients who underwent enucleation for uveal melanoma with monosomy of chromosome 3, and with HLA type A201 are eligible for vaccination against melanoma metastases. The purpose is to include 30 patients, at this moment 16 patients are included.
ResultatenThe aim is to prevent metastases in high-risk uveal melanoma patients.
ConclusieRandomised studies of vaccination for uveal melanoma are not available. This study wants to investigate the usefulness of vaccination against uveal melanoma metastases
