| Conclusion | According to the European Glaucoma Guidelines, secondary angle-closure glaucomas are classified into 3 major pathogenetic classes: pupillary block, anterior pulling mechanism, and posterior pushing mechanism. This lecture will focus on the pulling and pushing mechanisms and their differential etiologies. Differential diagnostic clues will be provided, as well as treatment options. |
