Title	Conjunctival melanoma in non-Caucasian patients
Abstract Nr.	P116

Purpose	To describe four cases of conjunctival melanoma in non-Caucasian patients.
Methods	In the literature no non-Caucasian patients with conjunctival melanomas are found.
Results	We present cases of conjunctival melanomas in two patients from Indonesian descendence, one Indian and one Moroccan patient.
Conclusion	Although the vast majority of non-Caucasian patients with pigmented lesions of the conjunctiva do not develop a melanoma, these cases illustrate that conjunctival melanoma can occur in non-Caucasian patients. Lesions thicker than one millimeter, and non-limbal tumors should be carefully examined.
