PurposeThyroid related strabismus presents many challenges for the strabismologist. This presentation will address typical patterns of thyroid realated strabismus, their management with surgery or botulinum toxin therapy, results to be expected, and management of complications and unexpected outcomes. Ilustrative cases will be shown.
