| Title | Long Term Follow Up In Acute Idiopathic Exudative Polymorphous Vitelliform Maculopathy |
| Abstract Nr. | 245 |
| Purpose | We present a case of acute, bilateral maculopathy in a 54 years old patient with a previously healthy retina. |
| Methods | The patient was followed during 8 years with FA/ICG/OCT/ERG/EOG. |
| Results | With resolution of the central serous detachment the patient regained a subnormal visual acuity but developed multifocal yellow material beneath the retina. The visual acuity remained at 9/10 for 6 years but decreased during the last 2 years up to 3/10 due to macular atrophy. |
| Conclusion | This is a probable case of Acute Idiopathic Exudative Polymorphous Vitelliform Maculopathy. |
