| Purpose | To evaluate in a pilot study the efficacy of a modified regimen PDT on chronic central serous chorioretinopathy |
| Methods | Three eyes of three patients were treated with the usual verteporfin dose but with a reduced fluence. We monitored best corrected visual acuity, fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography. |
| Conclusion | The efficacy and safety of this treatment modality will be discussed |
