Title	How to manage problems during Bimanual Micro-incisional Cataract Surgery
Abstract Nr.	127

Purpose	To show and discuss possible problems that might arise during bimanual micro-incisional cataract surgery.
Methods	Multiple video-based fragments will be shown, such as surge, incisional leakage, and problems with phaco settings.
Results	After a significant learning curve, phaco surgery using this technique is done faster and with fewer problems.
Conclusion	Bimanual micro-incisional cataract surgery has several advantages and disadvantages. Anterior chamber stability is one of the major advantages of this technique. Speed however remains slower than in standard phaco-emulsification, especially during the learning curve.
