MethodesRevision of the literature with focus on the COMS reports and data from 2500 uveal melanoma patients in Leiden University and Leuven University.
ResultatenMost important clinical prognostic factor remains the tumor growth and localisation, but histopathological and genetical features can give additional information. The survival in different groups will be discussed.
ConclusieBrachytherapy is a save therapy for uveal melanoma, and shows similar survival percentages compared to enucleation.
