ResultatenAfter a significant learning curve, phaco surgery using this technique is done faster and with fewer problems.
ConclusieBimanual micro-incisional cataract surgery has several advantages and disadvantages. Anterior chamber stability is one of the major advantages of this technique. Speed however remains slower than in standard phaco-emulsification, especially during the learning curve.
