Purpose: My experience with Artisan with children.
Methods: my paper shows the follow-up of 4 patients.  In most cases the implantation of a Artisan is performed with children showing an amblyopia and problems with glasses and contact lenses.
Results : In these cases, the results are good.
Conclusions : The results show that this technique is a good option if conventional therapy fails.  The long term study with the Artisan  has proved to be a safe technique for the correction of myopia with adults.  Larger studies should be performed for the implantation of Artisan for children.
