At this stage, the candidates for the FRO 2005-2006have presented their research projects at EVER (Vilamoura 05-09October, 2005) in order to be evaluated and ranked by an internationaljury.
Based on this ranking, the board of the FRO distributed on October 22nd, 2005 the amount of 90,000.00 EUR amongst the laureates.
The laureates will receive their award by the President of Ophthalmologia Belgica during the Award Ceremony.
Each awarded project will be summarized in a very comprehensive way by the moderator of the session.

New this year: the FRO CD-Rom publishing the progress report of the FRO laureates 2004 as presented during the BOG-SBO Free paper session.
