Wetlab 6: Phaco prechop Basics

The purpose of this wetlab is to give you the opportunity to test the prechop technique as you already control the divide and conquer method. For any surgery you want to be rapid and effective. But of course you want a safe surgery.
The Akahoshi Karate prechop method allows to break cataracts grade I to III in mutiple pieces without any ultrasound energy. No sculpting,so you start directly with the second step :quadrant removal. You don't waste time and energy.
