Méthodes	This is a retrospective study. 50 consecutive patients who underwent uneventful lensextraction and bilateral implantation of Acrilisa diffractive multifocal IOL answered a standardised patient questionnaire 3 months after the implantation. Questions were adressed concerning patient satisfaction, spectacle independency and visual side effects.
