TitreEchographic and OCT - findings of Melanocytoma of the left optic nerve head ( Case report)
ButTo present a case with Melanocytoma of the left optic nerve head
MéthodesEchography, OCT, eye fundus, visual fields and fluorescein angiography were used to follow the patient during the last 6 years.
RésultatsFollow up during a period of 6 years revealed no evolution in the findings
ConclusionMelanocytoma ( magnocellular naevus) is a highly pigmented benign optic nerve head tumor.
Malignant melanoma must be concerned before the diagnosis as well as during the follow-up.
