TitreLong Term Follow Up In Acute Idiopathic Exudative Polymorphous Vitelliform Maculopathy
Abstract Nr.245
ButWe present a case of acute, bilateral maculopathy in a 54 years old patient with a previously healthy retina.
MéthodesThe patient was followed during 8 years with FA/ICG/OCT/ERG/EOG.
RésultatsWith resolution of the central serous detachment the patient regained a subnormal visual acuity but developed multifocal yellow material beneath the retina.
The visual acuity remained at 9/10 for 6 years but decreased during the last 2 years up to 3/10 due to macular atrophy.
ConclusionThis is a probable case of Acute Idiopathic Exudative Polymorphous Vitelliform Maculopathy.
