| Title | Vernal keratoconjunctivitis in Rwandan school children and its association with atopy and parasitic infestation ; a population based study. |
| Purpose | The aim of this study is to document the prevalence of vernal keratoconjunctivitis among Rwandan primary school children and to investigate whether there is any link with atopic conditions and intestinal presence of parasites. |
| Methods | During the dry season of 2007, 3000 children in 6 different schools were examined in a population-based study. Results and conclusions will be discussed. |
