Title	Noonan syndrome and keratoconus: two case-reports
Abstract Nr.	P107

Purpose	We report two cases of adolescents with Noonan Syndrome. Our purpose is to review the association between this disorder and possible ocular abnormalities.
Methods	We examined two adolescents with Noonan syndrome who presented with progressive visual impairment in one eye. Clinical examination together with Pentacam analysis were performed.
Results	Clinical examination together with Pentacam analysis confirmed the diagnosis of a keratoconus.
Conclusion	Preliminary conclusion: These two case-reports emphasize the importance of performing an ophthalmological examination on patients with Noonan Syndrome because of the possible association between this disorder and ocular abnormalities.
