| Purpose | Refraction under cycloplegia in hyperopic patients shows an accommodation range even in presbyopic patients over 45 years old. Lasik treatment for hyperopia improves far vision and often near vision in these patients. We compare accommodation range in ametropic patients to ametropic post-hyperopic Lasik treatment to see if hyperopic Lasik is helpful for presbyopia. |
