This course will give an overview of the possibilities and current techniques in refractive surgery. Excimer lasersurgery (LASIK, Femtosecond-LASIK and surface ablation) as well as other refractive techniques such as phakic, multifocal and toric intra-ocular lenses will be dicussed based on clinical cases and interactive voting systems. At the end of the course, the participant should be able to screen and choose the best procedure for a refractive surgery candidate.
